Bikeways Transportation Plan

The purpose of the City's Bicycle Transportation Plan is to establish a system of bike ways within the City that connect with and complete the region's bike-way system.

The City of Seaside regulates the subdivision, merging and development of property within its borders in accordance with the California Subdivision Map Act and a supplement to the Act, adopted as Title 16 of the Seaside Municipal Code.

Seaside Apartments @ 1620 Broadway Ave.

The proposed project is a three story, 21-unit affordable housing project consisting of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom units, all of which are provided with private balconies ranging in size from 60 sf to 152 sf. Covered stairways on the east and west ends of the building provide access to the corridors and unit entrances for all three floors.
