The City of Seaside, office of the City Clerk, City of Seaside City Hall, 440 Harcourt Avenue, Seaside, CA 93955, will accept sealed Bids until 3:30 PM on Friday, November 12, 2021 for the work entitled: Seaside Fire Station Upgrades. This project includes upgrades to the Seaside Fire Station located at 1635 Broadway Avenue. Upgrades includes the abatement of the exterior paint and texture coating, removal of dry rot and damaged siding, install of new siding, removal of six existing bay doors and associated equipment, install of six new overhead bay doors with associated electrical and plumbing modifications and new paint on exterior of building.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 1:00 PM on site at Seaside Fire Station, 1635 Broadway Avenue, Seaside CA 93955. Social distancing and masks will be required.
