All ESCA property munitions remediation (cleanup) is complete and received regulatory approval in early 2020 by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the California Department of Toxic Substance Control (DTSC).

ESCA Property Long-Term Obligations and Land Use Control Implementation Plan/Operation and Maintenance Plans

To provide protection from potential remaining munitions, ESCA properties have Land Use Controls (LUC) placed upon them. Operating and maintaining these LUC are known as Long-Term Obligations (LTO) which are documented in ESCA Land Use Control Implementation Plans/Operation and Maintenance Plans (LUCIP/OMP).
