SEASIDE POLICE ACTIVITIES LEAGUE (SPAL)
The Seaside Police Activities League (SPAL) is a juvenile crime prevention program designed to provide athletic, recreational and educational opportunities for at-risk youth and to reinforce responsible values and respect. Such respect is beneficial to the youth, police officers, our neighborhoods and the business community. SPAL is comprised of police officers, volunteers and police personnel who serve as coaches, mentors, instructors and role models. Their devoted dedication and time is a vital essence in hopes of enhancing a brighter future for our youth.
SPAL was incorporated in February 2001. MPUSD & City of Seaside Parks & Recreation Department support SPAL by providing facilities for its programs. Local businesses and individuals generously donate their time, money, and resources to help make SPAL successful.

2016 Seaside PAL Banquet Please plan on joining us DATE TO BE DETERMINED for our annual Seaside PAL Banquet. Money earned at this event goes back to Seaside community youth sports programs.
