The City of Seaside is seeking to retain a qualified firms to provide environmental consultant services for the City of Seaside Fire Station No. 2 project (Project).  The Consultant shall provide technical environmental services under the direction of City staff and conduct necessary environmental studies for an initial study/mitigated negative declaration (IS/MND) for the Project.  The Consultant will be expected to provide experienced and knowledgeable professional staff and be committed to provide adequate staffing levels at all times in order to adhere to established schedules.  The Consultant shall be knowledgeable and very familiar with applicable federal, State, and local regulation, policies, and procedures as they pertain to the CEQA services provided.
