  1. Traffic Advisory Commitee

    The Traffic Advisory Committee acts as an advisory board to the City Council per Chapter 2.37 of the Municipal Code. Recommendations made by the TAC are to be ratified by the City Council prior to implementation. The TAC reviews all requests for traffic safety, regulatory or control devices, signs, and markings, and conducts studies as well as offers recommendation to the City Council, Planning Commission or appropriate City Department.

  1. General Plan Update Open House

    The City of Seaside is continuing an exciting multi-year process to update the City’s General Plan. The General Plan is a policy document required by California law that provides long-range guidance for land use, development, transportation, open space conservation, affordable housing, economic development, community services and other topics. On February 27, discuss the location and character of future development and transportation in Seaside. The meeting will use an open house format. Please drop in at any time, mingle with staff and the planning team, and learn more about the draft General Plan land use designations and circulation networks in Seaside. Light refreshments and childcare will be available.
