Gentle Yoga

 w/ Nancy Melton
Adults (Age 18+)
Class Days/Times: Wednesdays at 10 AM
Location: Dance Studio, Oldemeyer Center, 986 Hilby Avenue

Our Gentle Yoga Class is a modified Hatha Yoga practice with an aim to be accessible to those who might not otherwise be able to practice yoga. Emphasis is placed on:
  • Breath Awareness
  • Endurance
  • Flexibility
  • Gentle development of balance

Israeli Folk Dance

Thursdays at 6:30 PM

In this class designed for beginning to intermediate dancers you will:
  • Learn Israeli circle dances
  • Make new friends
  • Learn about the culture of Israel
  • Exercise your body and mind to music

Zumba Fitness

Class Days/Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 PM

Zumba is a high energy Latin dance exercise class. It is a highly effective full-body workout. Come have fun while exercising!

Self Defense & Awareness

Adults (Age 16+)
Class Days/Times: Mondays at 7:45 PM
Location: Oldemeyer Center, 986 Hilby Avenue

This class teaches adults of all skill levels self defense and awareness using Karate techniques to:
  • Increase awareness in situations of danger
  • Protect oneself
  • Increase physical endurance
