Gentle Yoga

 w/ Nancy Melton
For adults 18 & up
Class Days/Times:Monday or Wednesday 10-11am
Location: Dance Studio, Oldemeyer Center, 986 Hilby Avenue

Our Gentle Yoga Class is a modified Hatha Yoga practice with an aim to be accessible to those who might not otherwise be able to practice yoga. Emphasis is placed on:
  • Breath Awareness
  • Endurance
  • Flexibility
  • Gentle development of balance

Israeli Folk Dance

 w/ Joan Prokop-Roberts
For adults 18 & up
Class Day/Time: Thursday, 6:30pm
Location: Laguna Grande Hall, Oldemeyer Center, 986 Hilby Avenue

In this class designed for beginning to intermediate dancers you will:
  • learn Israeli circle dances
  • make new friends
  • learn about the culture of Israel
  • exercise your body and mind to music


Tai Chi

Self Defense & Awareness

For adults 16 & up
Class Days/Times: Monday 7:45pm

This class teaches adults of all skill levels self defense and awareness using Karate techniques to:
  • increase awareness in situations of danger
  • protect oneself
  • increase physical edurance

Zumba Fitness

w/ Rosa Jong
For adults 18 & up

Zumba is a high energy Latin dance exercise class. It is a highly effective full-body workout. Come have fun while exercising!
