Reservations
In order to reserve facilities, you must come to Oldemeyer Center, 986 Hilby Avenue and complete a permit to use the facility. Once you complete the form and pay your deposit, you will be issued a permit and your date will be reserved. In order to process all paperwork and contracts, a minimum of 30 days notice is required to reserve a facility and all fees must be paid 30 days prior to your event. Alcohol is not permitted at youth-oriented events.
Note: Phone, fax, or mail-in reservations are not permitted. Please refer to our Activities Guide for current hourly rate and deposit pricing.
